need help and info about gettting my ear pierced!!!?

ok im getting my ear pierced by my friend and my mom and dad wont let me have 1 so i was planning to were it at school and then take it off wen i get home so my mom wont notice i got my ear pierced. so anyways i was just wondering what would happen to my ear if i took it in and out after just getting it pierced
 
i just got mine pierced if you leave it out more than five minutes it will close i say you wait
