I'm going to use an ^ in front of a number to show that they are powers. (please use them as well). Example (6x^4) so the power will be 4

1. x^2-12x+27

2. x ^2 + 7x + 12

What is the degree of of each polynomial.
3.4n-5

4. 4x^3 - 2x^2 + 10
+ x^3 + 3x^2 - 4

5. w-5
-( w+ 5)

6. ( 8y^2) - ( 11y ^2 - 2y - 3)
