Need help/advice about an outdoor wedding- possibly by the ocean?

I want my wedding to be outside- Originally I had thought of finding a location that would have an indoor area to use as a backup but I think I am falling for a place that will not have that-

My question is, is it enough protection to have a tent (rain, wind, heat)?

Also, any other advice you may have? Thank you!!!
