I have a 1999 dodge neon that was given to me. It has a 2.0 L SOHC in it that run well but SLOW!!! This is going to be a project car and I want this car to run FAST. Even if I need to swap the eng.. Can a 2.4L fit this car or do they make a turbo for a 2.0? What can be done to speed this car up. I have seen other 99 neon’s run 10.33 quarters. How are they doing it?
