Need help activating phone

I went to the cricket store around here and they didnt know wth they were doing (this phone i bought for my sister for christmas just now trying to get it activated) I was gonna start her on her own account but ill do it on my if surabody can help me plzz!
 
Make sure you have the decimal ESN or Decimal MEID (depending on the phone) and that it gets Cricket when you dial 611. That should be all the store neeRAB.
 
Got the decimal esn.. the one store that made it the farthest partially activated then went back n said they couldnt do it... .I told them they could just give me the min and mdn and i would do it but they couldnt comprehend that!
 
wow, they need to be schooled. All I can say is try another store or the same ones when different people are working, maybe even the manager (not that managers know everything).
 
So i found out that the one person actually did activate it but put the mdn in twice.... So i went back up there and got the min replaced it in the mnsid now fully fuctional
