need help about dirt bikes?

ok so I have an 05 yz250f and i dont really like it. I have ridden my friends 06 crf250r tons of times and it has way more power and speed but i dont really like the bike that much. I really want to get eaither a newer yz250f (06 and above for the new frame and stuff) or i wanna get a trail bike like a crf250x or 450x. i want to know how much more power is in the 450 than the crf250r and the yz250f, and if it might be a good bike for me.
no i dont want tons more power, i want around the same as a 250r or a little more, and i hate 2 strokes
 
if you want tons of power get a crf450 or a sx450f personally dont get a 450 get a 250 2 stroke
