Try this 1st, search this forum for MML
install it follow all the steps for installation
(after install)
open mml click both boxes then plug in phone without battery(leave it out for now)
then plug in phone and let it run when you get the 1 on the screen put battery back
in click the enter button then type "start" on the bb keypad, then restore OS with BB
desktop manager
