That phone as far as i know was a MetroPCS phone only and you dont need the dll really unless you are going to get WAP to work on it, other then that you just need a SPC removing tool, a few of them are talked about there, a hint would be well its on the main page but Workshop would be another hint for you. but yeah.

if that is the metro pcs version of a samsung siren it can be fuly flashed to ckt. I would recommend doing a google on the subject. its out there
