need game disk help please!?

have a PS3 and MW2 and it started freezing so i looked at it and it and it has a small scratch not even an inch and everytime i play it it freezes on one black ops mission and it freezes online at derail,estate,quarry, and invasion and i tried everything like toothpaste,water but nothings helped. HELP PLEASE
