Need for Speed & Overall Car Games -- The Best One?

Which would be recommended as the BEST nfs game?
I already have Underground 2 and Undercover on ps2, but I am getting my PC upgraded and have a Logitech G25 Force Feedback racing wheel setup and want an awesome car game to use with it...
I love anything with Audi's (preferably the R8) Bugatti Veyron's, Ferrari's (even though there are none on nfs), Porshe, BMW, MaclarenMercedes etc...

My favorite NFS game was Most Wanted, there were some epic police chases in that game.

I'd go with one of the Toca series.
I prefered Toca race driver 3 but merh.
