Lately when I sell a flashed phone to a customer and they are on a paygo plan, their features do not work. I login to Cindi to check and it says "no features are available for this phone"
I know the phones are flashed properly and the "refresh data feature" thing aint working.
Sometimes calling doesnt even work, and the cricket dealers tell the people they CANNOT use a flashed phone.
What am I dealing with here?
These accounts are different than anything i look at here in portland and houston, etc.
Should i tell these people to change to a "regular" cricket account.
This is beginning to piss me off.
Any ideas or information would really be appreciated.
