I need some ideas for some kind of exercise class to do at least once weekly but I have no idea what I should choose? I need something of an all-rounder for weight loss and toning up.
I'm lazy when it comes to exercise so need something that will motivate me, something fun if that exists?? Haha.

I need classes, where I can go to and exercise with other people. If I try exercising by myself I have zero willpower to carry it on so I need the incentive!
