need drivers for this Asix Electronics AX88141X ethernet controller?

ive done all the device manger bits and updated driver and it sais carnt find the software im just stuck i carnt connect the ethernet cable to get on the internet cause the driver on the ethernet controller his not installed ive got online on dongle on that desk top still carnt find the right driver
