need diet and/or exercise plan! HELP!1?

14, 5ft 1.5 108 pounds. i workout 6 days a week, i want to get stronger and be in good shape overall which means pushups and situps all that hopefully worked into a mostly running workout plan for 6 days a week all i have is a treadmill and workout videos. i eat 1500-1800 calories a day. if this isnt healthy or i need mroe or less tell me, i kind of want to lose 3ish pounds i dont know, i just want to get rid of fat but not really lose weight. thanks!
