My uncle accidently updated his unlocked for t-mobile iphone 3gs. Now it's in latest software update and obviously won't work with t-mobile. He uses it to run his business and needs it as soon as possible.
Can anyone tell me how to jailbreak and unlock it with the least amount of change to the normal ios (as in, no exta apps or anything, literally just need an unlock). I've watched many videos but all are different.
Is there a way without messing up that baseband thing where you are never able to restore again?
He's currently on softwware 4.2.1 but before he updated it, his iphone was unlocked with 4.1 installed on it. Can i downgrade to 4.1 and then unlock it. Again, as minimal of a footprint if possible.
