My girlfriend has had dental problems for a very long time now. She has been quoted 40,000 dollars to get her mouth fixed. She was very malnutritioned early in her life. She has dreamed of being able to talk with people and smile at them without being embarrassed. She is a great person and I would love to make her dream come true one day. We work for the same company and the dental insurance isn't that bad, but the price she has been quotedis way more than we can afford. Trying to get the word out so maybe someone could give us some advice. Maybe someone knows someone else that would be able to help. I am asking for any help that can be giving
