I need info on someone who has a criminal record in New Orleans, I have tried (and paid money) for several internet background checks, though the reports are incomplete or contain no detail. I have confirmed that this person has had 2 DWI's, open warrant and assualt and battery non-conviction. I'm still needing dates and details... Any sources or perhaps someone with an inside source to confirm for me?
