Ok,
So i was at a car lot today and I found a car that I love! it is a 2005 mazda 3, it has 122,000KM. They ticket price is $11,980, I am hoping to get them down to $11,000 ( all taxes included). Do you think I will be able to? I have cash so maybe that will help

With that many miles the price for the car is too high. Get a Toyota Corolla, they are more dependable than the Mazda 3.
