Need car help?!Emergency!?

I have a 2008 Honda Accord and it is making a high screeching noise from the engine area! I need to leave early in the morning for a 4 hour drive...am i going to be able to make this drive without problems??what is the noise? what do i need to do to fix it?? is it very detrimental to the car?
 
Forget the belt dressing use dish soap unless you wanna drive across town screeching just turn the car on and squirt a Little on the center of the belt until it doesn't screech anymore also before you do this check the the belt for imperfections so you do not stranded with a broken Serpentine belt .
