need an exercise/diet plan?

5ft 1.5 mediumish frame and 115 pounds been eating like 2500 cals the last 2 weeks :O but im 14 and i run 5-6 days a week. im looking to maintain because i still want to grow, but i want to lose stomach fat. toning exercises/ other cardio tips, i cant weight lift. but yep :)
