need an e815 upgrade

I am looking to get a new phone. I love my e815 and have had no problems with it. I just feel its time for an upgrade. My carrier is Verizon.
It must have
good camera
Able to take videos longer than 15 seconds
Good battery life
Good reception

I was thinking aboug going with the Razr Maxx what do you all think? Or should i wait for the Razr 2?
