i have a skin problem doctors have told me its acne, warts, and infections but nothings helping they have burned them off they grew back, they used 200 dollars worth of medicine did not help either and it seems i am growing even more they are round bumps that don't stick out to much and they seem to dry up and turn brownish black i have them all over my face except for neck and ears and three on my right hand but no where else they do not hurt but they get smaller or bigger sometimes
if u know what it is please right i have had for almost two years now and i do not what to do so please help
