OK.. I got my dimensions, and ready to buy the MDF.
1. 5/8'' MDF or 3/4'' MDF and is there a major difference?
2. Should I use screws or staples?
3. Silicone around the speaker cutout?
4. does the carpet have any constructive use or is it just cosmetic? (may sound wierd, Im thinking maybe it helps it hold together tighter and creates a better seal)
5. ANY OTHER THOUGHTS AND IDEAS OR SUGGESTIONS, I'LL TAKE ANY INFO YOU GOT!
