Need advice on building a recumbent bike.?

Since they cost so much I'm thinking of making my own if that's possible.

Can you give me a list of the tools and parts I would need for that.
Also would I need to do any soldering.If so what are some affordable soldering kits I can get.

I live in Austria and so if you know anything about stores that sell these things here that would be great.
