My husband and I are taking our six year old son to see WWE RAW which is a wrestling match for those of you that may not know, haha
, on Monday night and it's a three hour event in a HUGE arena with lots of people, lights, noise, etc. I'm already having anxiety about going because the last time we took him to an arcade for that amount of time I ended up having a really bad anxiety attack where I felt like I couldn't breathe, heart would beat very slow then very fast, palpitate, thoughts of dying and shaking from feeling so cold. I want to have a great time and enjoy it because I know my son is going to be on cloud nine and super excited, but how am I going to cope and get through it? I need any suggestions or help that you can give me. I bought the tickets because they are very important to him and I know I can't live my life in fear and avoidance, I just need some reassurance that I can do this and if I have a hard time what I can try to calm myself down. Thanks to all of you for any help you can give me
