You're in the stage of taking responsibilty for your actions.

First, ask forgiveness from God. If you don't believe in Him, then that's the reason why you're going under all this.

Set yourself to the right path. STUDY!

I've learned from counseling that it would take you 10 years to get your life back together.

I'm not judging. You're just gonna have to face the truth that it's not gonna be easy.

With God's help, you'll get through. Ask for His guidance.

I'M SO SORRY FOR YOUR TROUBLES, AND ALL OF THE ISSUES YOU'RE GOING THROUGH. THERE ARE TIMES IN EACH OF OUR LIVES, WHERE WE NEED HELP AND SUPPORT FROM OTHERS.

"YOU ARE NOT A BAD PERSON", THAT'S BEING PUNISHED FOR ALL OF YOUR MISDEEDS. YOU ARE STRUGGLING NOW, BUT STRUGGLES DON'T LAST FOREVER. THEY DO COME TO AN END AND THINGS WILL GET BETTER IN TIME.

YOU'LL OVERCOME THESE DIFFICULTIES AND WILL BE MUCH STRONGER FOR IT!!!

NOW YOUR PREGNANT AND YOU MUST FIND A WAY TO RELAX. BEING STRESSED, AND UPSET, ISN'T GOOD FOR YOU OR THE BABY. I WANT YOU TO KNOW, THAT MANY WOMEN HAD TO RELY ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE, FOR EXAMPLE, J. K. ROWLING'S, THE AUTHOR OF THE FAMOUS "HARRY POTTER BOOKS." ALSO THE COMEDIAN, WHOOPI GOLDBERG, HAD TO RELY ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE, AT ONE TIME.

"PLEASE DON'T PUT YOURSELF DOWN," FOR DOING WHAT YOU MUST TO GET ON YOUR FEET. THE PROBLEMS YOU'RE GOING THROUGH ARE TEMPORARY, AND CAN BE DEALT WITH IN TIME. "ALTHOUGH THINGS WILL BE DIFFICULT", YOU WILL GET OVER THEM, AND BECOME MUCH STRONGER BECAUSE OF IT.

HOLD YOUR HEAD HIGH AND HAVE FAITH, LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR FUTURE AND BE PATIENT. HERE'S SOME RELAXATION
TIPS THAT MAY HELP YOU.

1. WHEN WE BECOME UPSET, NERVOUS, AFRAID, ANXIOUS, OR MAD, WE FORGET TO BREATH. BREATH DEEPLY, IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE, OUT THROUGH YOU'RE MOUTH. BREATH SO DEEPLY THAT YOU CAN FEEL THE BREATH IN YOUR STOMACH. WITH EACH BREATH YOU TAKE IN, ALLOW YOURSELF TO BECOME MORE AND MORE RELAXED.

2. COUNT TO TEN. WITH EACH COUNT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BECOME MORE RELAXED. REMEMBER THIS ONE, IT HELPS WHEN YOUR ANGRY AND ALSO HELP IN CALMING YOU WHEN THE BABY IS CRYING.

3. IMAGE YOURSELF IN A RELAXING PLACE. SUCH AS, A LAKE,
A MEADOW, A LAKE, A STREAM, OR ANYPLACE YOU KNOW OF, THAT'S PEACEFUL AND RELAXING.

4. WHEN NERVOUS OR UPTIGHT, LAY DOWN AND RELAX., CLOSE YOUR EYES, AND TRY TO CLEAR YOUR MIND OF ANY NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. TRY REPLACING THOSE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WITH POSITIVE ONES. RUB YOUR BELLY IN CIRCULAR MOTIONS AND RELAXXXXXX. IF SOOTHING MUSIC HELPS YOU TO RELAX, USE IT AS WELL. TURN DOWN YOUR LIGHTS, OR LIGHT CANDLES, TO HELP SET A RELAXING MOOD. YOU CAN ALSO DO THIS IN A NICE RELAXING BUBBLE BATH AS WELL. THIS IS A TIME FOR YOU TO BE ALONE OR TO YOURSELF, DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, AND TURN OFF THE TELEVISION. JUST RELAX, THIS IS YOUR TIME, JUST BE IN THE MOMENT, AND BE TO YOURSELF. CHERISH THESE TIMES AND JUST ENJOY THE SOLITUDE AND THE PEACE, ENJOY!!!!!

STAY STONG, I HOPING FOR THE BEST FOR YOU!!!

Looks to me like you're doing everything you can. Keep searching for any help that you can get in the meantime. Don't feel bad about having to use taxpayer money to get by. You've paid taxed while you worked and, once you get another job, you'll continue paying taxes. That is what the system is there for (ideally) - to HELP when everything you are doing isn't quite enough. Maybe look into local churches or something or family groups.

Best of luck to you and your baby.
