Need a workout for the gym please?

I'm 15 and i turn 16 in may, I am male, i'm about 5'10, and 160 pounds. I just have a tiny bit of belly fat, but not much, and some bum fat, all I need is toning, and more muscle mass. WHat is a workout I should do at the gym, to get lean, and build muscle fast? And please jsut give me good workouts, or links to great workouts for this, I am fixing my diet and already know what to do
