need a web hosting site for Free, that allows php.. ftp .. all of it?

found a bunch of sites signed up.. and they were i guess all fake sites that dont work or display your page.. if someone could give me a good.. working site that is for free with clients like the ones i posted that would be great. Im making a site for my counter-strike source clan. have it on webs.com but i want to move it. i tried hoxt.me,uuuq.com,hostrator.com and some other ones that ended up not working.

If you have a domain then drop me an email (through my Yahoo Answers profile) and I'll set up some hosting for you on my semi-dedicated reseller hosting. PHP, MySQL, FTP, cPanel, etc. Decent bandwidth and storage. No ads.

I don't mind giving it away for free. My only condition is that you don't do anything stupid with it, i.e. host copyrighted content or similar.

All you'll need to do is point the nameservers of your domain to my hosting, and I'll set up the rest.
