I'm the man for 22re Toyota engines.Iknow them like the back of my hand.First off start with the bassics.You need 4 things for a engine to run .Spark,Fuel Compression,and they all have to happen at the correct time.First check the compression it should have about 150 psi.If thats good check spark at the sparkplug boot.If thats good check fuel pressure. If thats good check for the pulse to the injectors with a noid light.If thats good put a timing light on it to make sure the distrubitor is in correctly.To make sure its in right pull the #1 plug the front cylinder, put your thumb over the hole and rotate the engine by hand until you can feel the pressure and then line up the timing mark on top dead center 0 degrees.Pull the distrubitor cap off and the rotor sshould be pointing at the #1 cylinder.Make sure the fireing order is correct.If it still won't run email me back.
