Need a nice poem or something to put in a card to a friend who has sacrificed a lot

for me.? My X's friend has become my best friend after the breakup and she's gotten a lot of crap for sticking up for me. I'd like to send her a card with a nice poem or something inside of it. Life's been rough on her for the past few months and I really want her to know how much I appreciate what she's done for me. I could write the poem, but I'm scared it'll come out bad and i really would like this to be nice for her.
