need a new phone

I am in the market for a new cellphone i currently use a nokia 6680. i am currently looking at the nokia E61i or the htc s710 vox. i am also open to the new blackberry 8800 but i want inexpensive monthly internet rates so i need a ohone where i don't have to pay a lot for data. I need a phone like a blackberry. my provider is cingular. oops also gps (doesn't to be built in) and wifi are important.
 
Doesn't really matter what phone you get for web browsing. How much you pay depends on how much you are going to use the net. Just get the $19.99 unlimited data deal.
