Need a new phone [Less then $150]

Hello, I'm not too good in the mobile phone market, I'm mostly a computer person. I have a Cingular plan right now with 3 other family members, and I want to just get a new phone and switch my SIM card.

Right now I have a Sony Ericson T237 with a broken LCD Screen, there are lines going all across it, so I plan on tossing it out.

I want to get one that's cheaper then $150 and has decent usb features, preferablly that I could upload a new wallpaper/ringtones for free with. I was looking at the K750i but it was just too expensive for me.

Any help, or input is appreciated,

Okay I was looking at the Razr V3x, and correct me if I'm wrong but it only has about 5mb - 10mb of storage space, not a whole lot. Also, there does not seem to be any expansion slots for any kind of cards. Is this correct? I wouldn't mind being able to increase the memory to around 512mb.
 
1) I called a Cingular store near me and they have RAZR phones for trade in, with my broken phone, for around $75 or so.
2) I don't understand what specs I got wrong. According to wikipedia, it said there is a limited amount of memory, perhaps I read it wrong.
 
v3x is at the cheapest 250 bucks, it has about 60 - 75 mb stock depending on what firmware/ monsterpack you use. and it has a transflash slot in it. It is also not released in the united states.
 
Update:

I purchased a Sony Ericsson w810i w/ 1GB Stick, and I couldn't be any more happy with my purchase. My first phone came, and broke less than 1 week after, and now I've had this one for over 1 week.
