Last month I split my radius, 4cm down right from the head and now my arm is being held together with screws. I have lost 30 degrees of movement in my elbow and for the moment I can't bear too much load on it.
Point being I have lost the ability to do many exercises and all I can think of is running/ jogging, it's even a stretch to do sit ups properly. What exercises are available to me now? any suggestions are welcome.
