I'm looking to get a new double bass pedal but am not quite sure which one to get. I currently play on a DW 5000 double pedal and have been using it for almost 6 years now. I'm happy with the reliability of the pedal but it just doesn't "react" the way I want it to. I want to improve my foot speed even more and feel like the pedal is holding me back a bit. I understand there is a "human factor" in the lack of desired speed too. Anyways, the pedals I was looking at are:
