Need a new cell phone...

Hi guys, first post here -- great forums.

I just needed some advice on a new phone. I already have Cingular service. I'm looking for a durable phone (as I tend to drop my phone alot, my previous Nokia has lasted about 3 years now, but is starting to die) that looks decent and has a small footprint. Features aren't too important as I don't use Bluetooth or anything, but it would be nice to have something to play with.

The Nokia 6010 is the king of durability and reception, but it's probably not as small as you're looking for. The 3120 is small and durable also. If you want much smaller, you might want to get a flip. Nokia now has the 6102 flip, which many folks like. It has a camera and IM but no bluetooth. There are also basic LG and Samsung flips which might fit your needs. Go to the Cingy store and look at and handle the display models to see which ones are the size you're looking for.
 
nokia 6010 is my best bet, cingular doesnt really make rugged type phones like nextel/sprint, which i think they should start, especially with the whole ptt rolling out... alot of construction companies who are not satisfied with sprint/nextel will want to find an alternative yet, they will find the lack of rugged type "walkie talkie" type phones a turn off.. (sorry for the rant)
