Need a lounge in NYC for my 19th bday?

I'm turning 19 on Thursday and I wanna go to a lounge in the city. I live in Queens but im not that familiar with good lounges in manhattan. The thing is a lot of them are 21+ and im only gonna be 19 and some people are younger. a few ppl will be over 21 but still. anyway, i want a place where we can just chill and have a good time, preferrably a place with food and drinks for those who want to drink. i dont want a cafe though. i want a lounge feel/club feel to it [ex. loud music, dim lighting, couches, etc.]

any suggestions would be great! thankss
 
Theres M lounge in Flushing, Queens that never checks ID (I know, I'm 19). But theres also Red Bar near Korea town so you can google that. I'm too lazy to at the moment, sorry.
