Need a loud phone speaker for cingular

My friend needs a new phone for cingular. She has a Moto V400 right now and complains that the earpiece is not loud enough. Another things she really wants is it to be under $50 but doesnt mind renewing her contract for another 2 years. I would appreciate any advice about a really loud phone for cingular.

[added] she also doesnt care about if its the newest or mp3 or anything. camera would be nice, but not required
