Need a good video rec phone

Went on a holiday with the kids recently. Was stocked up with my 12mp camera/camcorder and my camera phone just in case and lo and behold, my camcorder wouldn't turn on due to the heat!

Thank god i had my camera phone which shot pretty good photos for 2mp. But what I'm sad about is that I took videos of the kids but it's barely watchable on the pc.

So, I was wondering is there a decent camera phone with video capabilities that are good? I don't know what to look for as far as specs are concerned. Like whats the min of a certain thing I should look for?

Is there a specific model you recommend priced Low to High would help.

I don't want to miss any of my kids moments.

Cream of the crop for video recording is the Nokia N95 right now, but it's pretty expensive.

N93i is designed to be a camcorder phone but is very bulky. N95 is top of the line at the moment, but is pretty expensive.
