Need a fishing club or something simalar?

My name is brandon and im 13 years old and love to bass fish. I really would like to get in a bass club or some organization where i can get tournament expierence. Obviously my budget is not very big i work a paper route to pay for supplies making between 20-40 dollars per week. I live in nashville tennessee so if you know of any local clubs in my area where i can join PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!! ps: i do not own a boat
