Need a final word: ROKR E2 vs. W810i

Ok,
Well, I know that there are some mighty big SE fans here, so I was thinking of joining the club. I'm looking for a solid backup phone that is easy to carry around, has a nice keypad for texting, and plays music well. So here are my comparing factors:

W810i:
+ superior camera, I've never really had a phone with a great camera so this might really be good, or I might be indifferent...can the W810i replace a point and shoot?
+ look of the UI, nice themes
+ nice screen for the res
- never really like the square look
- precious camera has no cover
- no 3.5 mm jack
- I have one lined up for $200 CDN, $50 more than the ROKR E2 I have lined up
- one I would get would need to be unlocked and reflashed

ROKR E2
+ rare, won't see it anywhere else
+ amazing screen
+ new operating system is just as good as the SE one, but doesn't look as cool AND, it can play videos in landscape (right?)
+ $50 cheaper with a bigger memory card
+ great sound quality, 3.5 mm jack
+ better battery life
+ better music controls
- crappy cam, its not even in the landscape format
- I don't mind the look, but thats just from the pictures...is it really as ugly as everyone else says it is?
- lowly "Motorola" brand, not your fancy pants "Sony Ericsson" status symbol

Both phones do well on the music storage, both have FM radios, both have good displays, both are relatively rare, both are quadband.

So, if you look at my list it really seems like the E2 is better. But in this forum its ALWAYS "the W810i is the best." I don't know whether to trust the specs or opinion in this case.

well, i would choose the w810(currently using), the UI is much more functional and looks way bettr. Plus you get decent freebie headphones with the SE, which youll never find with any other phone brand. memory cards wise...evry1 got a psp , sony camera...etc u can share memory with other existing sony stuff!! w810 handsdown just on the looks...

Everyone has a PSP and Sony digital camera? I don't think there are more Sony digital camera than Canon.

Anyway I would go for the W810i since I don't like Motorola UI.

Well, thanks for everyones comments. Keep them coming. In the end, when it comes down to it, I'm a sucker for value. The Moto clearly packs better value than the W810i in this comparison...so right now I'm more drawn to it. The last thing for me to get over is the UI, its just better looking on the Sony.
