Need a failproof spot treatment ASAP!

I'm kind of stressed out right now. My senior prom is tomorrow night and this morning I woke up with a MASSIVE, bright red zit on my nose. I am an acne sufferer, but the rest of it is all on my forehead which isn't very noticeable anyways since it is normally covered by my hair.

Basically, I need something that will just completely kill a single zit overnight or at least make it very small. Does such a thing exist?

If such a product existed, the guy would be a billionaire.
It takes like 2 weeks for the pimple to go down, sometimes longer.

Now their are products that can cover up the pimple.
Neutrogena makes one.
Its like a makeup with Salicylic acid in it.
I forget the exact name of it.
But its a stick thats the color of your fact.
You just put it on your pimple.
They sell this in all the drug stores.
Walgreens, CVS, Target etc.

that's what i immediately thought of when i read his post....Neutrogena Rapid Clear salicylic acid acne spot treatment gel. It's irritating to some people, but it works for me. Hopefully you found something that worked in time.
