Need a Dodge Caravan TCM?

P/N P04686719AF 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan ES FWD 3.8 w/ autoshift loaded. What other part numbers will work? Also will I need a reflash from the dealer once I get a used part. Or should I go with one of the company's that say that program a rebuilt module for your car for like $200?
 
i don't have my parts book handy on the part number ,but you don't have to re-flash it ,you only need do that if you change the ecm on it,the computer automatically adapts over to the new tcm or used one,i bough one for my truck and only had to leave the battery cable off for a few minutes and now its shift fine,the tcm gets it information from the main computer,good luck.
