Need a day by day weekly exercise routine?

Hi everyone, I'm a 14 year old girl and I am hoping to become healthier. I've never exercised much before and I dislike sports.

I was hoping someone could come up with an exercise plan for me that I could do at home. (I don't have any weights or mats,though)

I am 5ft 2in and weigh around 130lb (yes,I know I'm overweight). I am hoping to flatten my stomach and tone my thighs and arms.

Please help me

(Oh, and please don't just say go to the gym or do sit-ups because that doesn't help me much)
