For school I have to write a research paper and then refine it down to a 4 - 4.5 minute speech. It has to be over a current event/issue that can have 2 opposing arguments over the topic. It has to be school appropriate and can't involve religion or morals (so nothing over abortion, agreeing or disagreeing with Muslim practices, benefits of the porn industry, or anything else of that nature). I am drawing blank on coming up with an idea and now looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance!
