I need a copy of the following tsb# 23-007-01 APR 01 Windshield/Cowl/`A' Pillar - Water Leak Diagnosis. and any other info about water leaking into the jeep from the front cowl. it is an early 97 TJ With the wide three vent cowl. water is leaking into the floor from the cowl when it rains. i think it is leaking around the plastic duct that brings the air from the cowl into the jeep located in the passenger corner under the cowl. any info on this would be helpful. thanx!
