Basically I have been working out for 5 days a week, for the last 3 months. I do 20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill, and have lost some decent weight so I'm happy with that.
I also have completely omitted crisps, soft drinks and carbs from my diet and have a strict limit on how much sugar I eat too.
However, I want to push it abit further this month so I can see sharper results. I've set a 'deadline' for looking trim by mid-March so I wanna know what else I can do during these next few weeks.
(I won't stop working out after mid-March but I am aiming for a trim body by springtime.)
