Ok, I have cooked a lot in my life but I really want something that tastes great, looks appealing, and takes a little time to make. We watch food network a lot and I want something that looks like a professional made it. I need DETAILED instructions including a list of things I needed from the market. Include spices, herbs...etc. This will be our 5th anniversary and we already have a baby sitter!!

I didn't mean takes very little time. I mean something I can put time into. I don't want this to be like flop flop here you go. I want her to know I am doing this for the taste and to please her. I don't care if the whole meal takes me 3 hours to make as long as it pleases her.
