Why go with a phone if you want 5 MP and cheap? You should be looking at cameras, not phones.

Plus I don't know if there is a cell phone with that good a camera.

5MP phones are rare, and not cheap either. If you want a cheap 3MP one the Samsung P850 is good and for a little more the Samsung Z710 or A990 are good too.

How cheap is cheap? You can get an xcute DV2 or an i-mobile 902 for a pretty good price ($300 or less).

one 5 MP which is available LG KG920 almost $500 CAD,Gigabyte g-Cam around $ 400 CAD, Rest 5 MPs are coming soon like Nokia N95, Samsung F700,XCute DV80,XCute DV50 etc.

unless you want to go with a Samsung 7.0 MP phone that cost $2000, don't even know if it'll work here
