Need 1 more block

This has to be my unluckiest day.

Finally found a Mvid I can add to my collection only to find it was incomplete. I downloaded all the pars and I need 1 more block :blink:.

Any ideas?

Anyone else noticed a lot of incomplete files with Astraweb lately :frusty:?
 
What's the video? I have astraweb I'll try it or it not I'll see it's on the web and upload it.

Incompletes not really, pars have repaired everything I've needed....it could've been posted during there plan outage or when there authentication system went down.

These threads are a regular thing with Astraweb.

@ilovenzb - You didn't block out the release very well so I snatched it with Giganews and it completed. Send me a PM with what you need from it.

Grabbed the nzb a while ago, went on a download rampage last night.

According to SS it's not incomplete either :(. If there was a torrent I could do a check and then download the incomplete sectors.

Look at the PAR screen, see which part is the most damaged one (most missing blocks) and try re-downloading just that.

You can search in the various normal places, find the release, then just select the part you need for re-download.

Done that in the past, works well. ;)
 
Yes, they had planned downtime and maint all day.

Uploading the pars to Usenet now, I'll post the NZB here when it's done, just a few short moments :) .

They were complete for me too.
 
Thanks for the info dutchmaster. I checked through all the stuff I downloaded last night and they're all incomplete.

Thanks a lot SoL :). It's recovered now.

I forgot to delete the old pars and then attempted to recover it - failure.

Deleted the old pars, redownloaded the pars and then repaired.

In NewsLeecher I found a setting that put the corrupt file in UPPERCASE

Option --> Download --> Uppercase Article on Error (Tick it).
