I've had neck pain for about 6 days now.
I spend a lot of time on a computer, and it's a laptop, and it's not at eye-level. I also don't have the best posture. And, last but not least, the pillows on my bed are as flat as possible...
The pain isn't to the point where I can't move my neck, I haven't been sick, and just yesterday I started using a frozen bag of veggies in the day, and a heating pad at night -- on my neck. It feels better as long as I have a compress. I have no problem sleeping or anything, either.
I have also been slowing moving my neck from side to side, and that feels better for while, and my boyfriend has been gently been massaging my neck, and like before, it feels fine as long as that is going on.
I don't really know what to do.
I honestly do not have the money to get to a Dr., and I'm just assuming the pain isn't "painful" enough to go see one.
Can someone help me out?
(I've also been been taking pain meds for it.)
